What's the difference between a hot desk and a private office?

Hot desks are shared seating in open work areas—great for flexibility and community. Private offices are dedicated, lockable spaces ideal for teams and confidential work. Choose based on your privacy needs and budget.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Hot desk monthly plans have a 30-day cancellation notice. Private office leases typically require 60 days notice. Day passes and hourly meeting room bookings can be cancelled anytime. We work with you on transitions.

Is there parking available at your locations?

All five locations offer free parking for members. Downtown location has secure underground parking. Street parking is available at suburban locations. EV charging stations are coming soon.

What internet speeds can I expect?

All locations offer 1 Gbps fiber internet with 99.9% uptime SLA. Dedicated backup connections in meeting rooms. WiFi 6 throughout for seamless video calls and large file transfers.

Do you offer mail and package receiving?

Yes! Members get a professional business address for mail receiving. Packages are logged and securely stored. We can forward mail to your home address or hold it for pickup. Premium mail service available for high-volume users.
